Ottawa County Environmental Infrastructure Act

This bill would amend Section 219(f) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to add a project in Ottawa County, Michigan. It would authorize $15,000,000 for water and wastewater infrastructure in the county. The authorized uses include stormwater management and surface water resource protection.
