Kent County Environmental Infrastructure Act

This bill would change the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 to add a new project for Kent County, Michigan. It would authorize $20,000,000 in federal assistance for water and wastewater infrastructure in the county. The covered work includes stormwater management and protection of surface water resources.
