Safeguarding Taxpayer Investment for Executive Airlift Act of 2026

This bill would bar the Department of Defense from using its fiscal year 2027 funds to sell, donate, or otherwise transfer ownership or control of any aircraft from the VC-25B Bridge program. The ban applies to transfers to any person or organization outside the Department of the Air Force. The VC-25B Bridge program involves aircraft used for executive airlift, such as presidential transport.
