VA Salary Cap Waiver Adjustment Act

This bill changes a federal law that lets the Secretary of Veterans Affairs waive the usual pay limit for certain critical health care workers at the Department of Veterans Affairs. It removes one part of the existing rules on that waiver (subparagraph (D) of section 7431(e)(6) of title 38) and renumbers the parts that follow. It also sets a new end date: the Secretary's waiver authority would end five years after the bill becomes law.
