Visionary Intersections Modernization Act

This bill would change federal highway law to add the construction of roundabouts to the list of projects that can be paid for with money from the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program. It does this by adding "Construction of roundabouts" as a new item in the section of law that lists eligible projects. The bill does not create new funding or require any state or local government to build roundabouts.
