A joint resolution providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency relating to "California State Nonroad Engine Pollution Control Standards; Ocean-Going Vessels At-Berth; Notice of Decision".

This joint resolution would use the Congressional Review Act to cancel an Environmental Protection Agency decision published on October 20, 2023. That decision concerned California's pollution control standards for ocean-going ships while they are docked at berth. If passed, the EPA decision would have no force or effect.
