Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Department of Veterans Affairs relating to "Reproductive Health Services".

This joint resolution would use the federal process that lets Congress reject rules issued by agencies. It would reject a Department of Veterans Affairs rule titled "Reproductive Health Services," which was published in the Federal Register on December 31, 2025. If the resolution is passed and becomes law, that rule would have no force or effect. The resolution itself does not describe what the rule contains.
