Congratulating Seattle Sounders FC on becoming the first Major League Soccer team to win all 5 major North American soccer trophies.

This resolution would have the U.S. House of Representatives recognize Seattle Sounders FC as the first Major League Soccer team to win all five major North American soccer trophies, after the team won Leagues Cup 2025 on August 31, 2025. It lists the team's past trophy wins, the 3-0 final against Inter Miami CF, and the players, coaches, and staff. It would also recognize the people of Washington State and Seattle for supporting the team, and the continuing progress toward equity in men's and women's professional sports. The resolution does not create any new law, program, or spending.
