This bill would rename the Department of Veterans Affairs community-based outpatient clinic in Lubbock, Texas. After the bill becomes law, the clinic would be known as the "Lieutenant General Bernie Mittemeyer Department of Veterans Affairs Clinic" or the "Lieutenant General Bernie Mittemeyer VA Clinic." Any reference to the clinic in federal laws, regulations, maps, documents, or other records would be treated as a reference to the clinic under its new name.
