Port Modernization and Supply Chain Protection Act

This bill would repeal Section 55109 of title 46 of the U.S. Code, which comes from the Foreign Dredge Act of 1906 and sets requirements for vessels used in dredging in the United States. It would also amend Section 55110 of title 46 by removing the words "or dredged material," so that section's transportation requirements would no longer cover dredged material. The bill makes no other changes.
