MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act

This bill would repeal Section 1093 of title 10 of the U.S. Code, the federal law that restricts the Department of Defense from using its funds and medical facilities for abortion care. It would also remove the reference to that section from the table of sections in chapter 55 of title 10. The bill describes this change as restoring a previous policy on the use of Defense Department medical facilities and funds for abortion care.
