ACE Nuclear Energy Act of 2026

This bill changes how the Export-Import Bank of the United States calculates its loan default rate. The Bank would leave out financing for deals involving civil nuclear facilities, materials, or technology, and financing provided under section 2(l) of the Export-Import Bank Act, when it calculates that rate. The bill also lets the Bank's Board of Directors pay up to 100 employees outside of the standard federal pay classification and pay scale rules.
