Professional Degree Access Restoration Act

This bill would change the Higher Education Act of 1965 to undo the cuts to federal student loans for graduate and professional students made by Public Law 119-21, a 2025 law. It would remove the June 30, 2026 end date in the law's loan rules for graduate and professional students. It would also strike the sections that set new loan limits for these students. The bill makes related technical changes to renumber and update cross-references in the law.
