National Coal Council Act of 2025

This bill would require the Secretary of Energy to reestablish the National Coal Council within the Department of Energy. The council would follow the charter filed with Congress on June 16, 2025, and would give advice and recommendations to the Secretary on coal and the coal industry. The council would be subject to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, except for section 1013 of that law.
