Protect Greenbury Point Conservation Area Act of 2025

This bill changes an existing 2024 military construction law about the Greenbury Point Conservation Area at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland. It would add a ban on building a golf course on the conservation area to the current limits on changing or restricting public access there. It would also add a new exception that allows restrictions related to environmental restoration of the area, if done in line with existing law and regulation.
