Maryland Whole Watershed Program Federal Partnership Act of 2026

This bill would require the federal Chesapeake Bay Program Office to serve as an advisory member of the State Management Team for the Maryland Whole Watershed Program. It would also make the office an advisory member of any substantially similar program in another state. In that role, the office could coordinate with state and local governments and federal agencies. It could also provide technical help and money for projects in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
