FLAP Reauthorization Act

This bill would authorize funding for the Federal Lands Access Program, a federal program under highway law that supports transportation access to federal lands. The money would come from the Highway Trust Fund, but not from its Mass Transit Account. The authorized amounts start at $313,975,000 for fiscal year 2027 and increase by $5,000,000 each year to $333,975,000 for fiscal year 2031.
