No Data Center NDAs Act

This bill would bar Members of Congress from signing nondisclosure agreements with state or local governments or private companies in exchange for access to information about planning or building a data center. This covers information such as investments, site selection, construction designs, and water or energy use. The bill would also block federal funds from being used to carry out or enforce such agreements. The House and Senate ethics committees would each write rules to carry out the ban.
