Agricultural Conservation Mentorship Act

This bill changes the experienced services program under the Food Security Act of 1985. It adds a new allowed use for the program: helping cooperative initiatives that improve higher education teaching programs at colleges and universities, including paid work-based learning. The bill also adds definitions for the terms "institution of higher education," "land-grant colleges and universities," and "work-based learning" by pointing to their meanings in other federal laws.
