Border Patrol Overtime Parity Act

This bill would change a section of federal law on overtime pay for U.S. Border Patrol agents. Right now, that section applies only to agents in positions at the GS-12 pay grade. The bill would remove the GS-12 reference from the section's heading and text. The section's overtime pay rule would then apply to Border Patrol agents without being tied to the GS-12 grade.
