Farmers Lifeline to Overcoming Disasters (FLOOD) Act

This bill changes the Food Security Act of 1985 to add the emergency watershed protection program to the list of "covered programs" under the Regional Conservation Partnership Program. The emergency watershed protection measures are those described in section 403 of the Agricultural Credit Act of 1978. Adding them to the list would allow them to be used in carrying out the Regional Conservation Partnership Program.
