Pathway to Trades Act

This bill changes the Higher Education Act of 1965 by adding new requirements to the agreements that colleges sign to take part in the Federal Perkins Loan program. Under these agreements, a college would have to name a faculty member to serve as a point of contact for students who study trades or are interested in studying trades. The college would also have to develop courses for students related to trades.
