Defend American Agriculture Act

This bill changes the borrowing limit of the Commodity Credit Corporation, a federal agency that funds farm support programs. Under current law, the agency's total borrowing cannot exceed $30 billion at any time. The bill would raise that limit to $45 billion from the date the bill becomes law through September 30, 2031. After September 30, 2031, the limit would return to $30 billion.
