Advancing American Quantum Leadership Act of 2026

This bill changes the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945, which sets up the Export-Import Bank's Program on China and Transformational Exports. That program lists technology areas it covers, and one of those areas is currently "quantum computing." The bill would replace that term with "quantum information science and technology." This would widen the listed area from quantum computing alone to quantum information science and technology more generally.
