Broadband Infrastructure Extension Act

This bill would give states, local governments, and other recipients more time to spend certain federal recovery funds on broadband infrastructure projects. Money from the State Fiscal Recovery Fund and the Local Fiscal Recovery Fund used for broadband projects could be spent through September 30, 2027. Money from the Capital Projects Fund used for broadband projects could be spent before January 1, 2028.
