Chief Nimham Purple Heart Act

This bill would allow the President to award the Purple Heart, after his death, to Daniel Nimham for injuries he received during the Revolutionary War. Nimham served as a commissioned captain in the Continental Army. The bill allows this award even though the usual eligibility rules for the Purple Heart, set by Executive Order 11016, would not otherwise permit it.
