SABER Act of 2026

This bill changes an existing law, the Rebuilding Economic Prosperity and Opportunity for Ukrainians Act, which set up the Ukraine Support Fund. It adds a new allowed use for money in that fund. Under the bill, the fund could pay for the Government of Ukraine to buy defense articles and services. These purchases would be for responding to and recovering from the effects of Russia's aggression.
