FAFO Act

This bill would change the federal legal definition of domestic terrorism. Under the new definition, covered acts would be those that break federal or state criminal law and are either dangerous to human life or likely to cause significant damage to property. The acts would also have to obstruct or impede a law enforcement officer or first responder doing their duties, or a person seeking medical attention.
