Stop DEI Act

This bill would bar federal funds under covered education programs from going to colleges and universities that consider race, sex, ethnicity, color, or national origin in ways that violate the nation's civil rights laws. The ban would apply regardless of any other law. Covered programs are those defined in the General Education Provisions Act, and covered schools are institutions of higher education as defined in the Higher Education Act of 1965.
