PICTURE Act

This bill would add a new section to federal law requiring the Director of the Bureau of Prisons to keep a photographic directory of federal prisoners. The directory would include a photograph of each prisoner in the custody of the Bureau of Prisons. Each photograph would have to show the prisoner's face uncovered and unobstructed. The bill also updates the table of sections in the related chapter of federal law.
