Stop the SPLC Act of 2026

This bill would remove the Southern Poverty Law Center's status as a tax-exempt charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the federal tax code. It states that this applies regardless of any other law. The change would apply to tax years ending after the bill becomes law.
