SAFE Pathways Act

This bill would change the Federal Power Act, which covers fishways (structures that let fish pass dams). When the Secretary of Commerce or the Secretary of the Interior requires a fishway, the Secretary would have to consider the threat of invasive species. The Secretary would do this in consultation with the state where the fishway would be located.
