Health Care for Homeless Veterans Act

This bill would change federal law on Department of Veterans Affairs programs for homeless veterans. It would add the program in Section 2031 of title 38 (the Health Care for Homeless Veterans program) to the list of programs covered by an eligibility provision in Section 2002(b)(1), which already covers Sections 2011, 2012, and 2013. It would remove the subsection of Section 2031 that sets an end date for that program, making it permanent. It would also remove the subsection of Section 2033 that sets an end date for a program of additional services for homeless veterans, making that program permanent as well.
