NO NATO for Purchase Act

This bill would bar any federal department or agency from taking any action or spending any funds to buy a country that is a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). It would also bar buying any territory protected under the North Atlantic Treaty, which was signed in Washington on April 4, 1949. The bill contains no other provisions.
