Drain ICE Act of 2026

This bill would repeal two sections of Public Law 119-21, the 2025 budget reconciliation law commonly called the "One Big Beautiful Bill Act," that provide funding for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). It would also cancel any money from those two sections that has not yet been committed to be spent. The bill includes a list of findings about ICE detention practices, detention conditions, and immigration enforcement.
