Sunset To Reform Section 230 Act

This bill would add an end date to Section 230 of the Communications Act of 1934, a federal law found at 47 U.S.C. 230. Under the bill, Section 230 would have no force or effect after December 31, 2026. The bill does not include replacement language for the section.
