Noise Oversight and Information for Safe Environments Act

This bill changes the Noise Control Act of 1972. It requires the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to review the federal noise criteria within 2 years after the bill becomes law. After that, the Administrator must review the criteria at least once every 10 years. If the Administrator decides the criteria need to be revised or supplemented, the Administrator must make those changes.
