Staff Salary Schedule Improvement Act

This bill changes the law on when House of Representatives salaries are paid. The current rule on the usual payday would stay in place except as the bill provides. When the House next upgrades its payroll system, the Chief Administrative Officer could pay House salaries twice per month, if the Committee on House Administration directs it. The Committee could also set a different pay schedule by regulation.
