Protect Greenbury Point Conservation Area Act

This bill changes an existing 2024 military construction law about the Greenbury Point Conservation Area at Naval Support Activity Annapolis, Maryland. It would bar the Secretary of the Navy from building a golf course on the area, in addition to the current limits on changing or restricting public access to it. The bill also adds an exception that allows restrictions related to environmental restoration of the area, as long as they follow existing law and regulation.
