Border Patrol Supervisors Retention Act

This bill would change federal pay law so that U.S. Border Patrol agents in grades GS-12 through GS-15 can qualify for a higher rate of regularly scheduled overtime pay. Under current law, this overtime pay provision applies only to Border Patrol agents in positions at grade GS-12. The bill does this by amending Section 5550(h) of title 5 of the U.S. Code to replace the GS-12 reference with a range from GS-12 through GS-15.
