This bill would repeal Section 907 of the FREEDOM Support Act, a section of federal law that restricts U.S. assistance to the government of Azerbaijan. It would also remove the reference to Section 907 from that Act's table of contents. The bill includes congressional findings stating that Azerbaijan has cooperated with the United States and its allies and has reached a peace agreement with Armenia that settles their borders.
