Right to Enroll Act of 2025

This bill would require the Secretary of Health and Human Services to change federal rules on the yearly open enrollment period for health plans sold through the Affordable Care Act Exchanges. For plan year 2026, open enrollment would run from November 1, 2025, through May 1, 2026. During this period, people can sign up for a qualified health plan offered by an Exchange.
