Shared Micromobility Investment Act

This bill would make shared micromobility projects, such as bikesharing and shared-scooter systems, eligible for funding under three federal transportation programs. It adds these projects to the list of eligible uses for the Surface Transportation Block Grant Program. It also adds them to the eligible projects under the Carbon Reduction Program. Finally, it makes them eligible for the Local and Regional Project Assistance grant program.
