PERU Act of 2025

This bill would add Peru to the list of countries whose citizens can come to the United States on E-1 (treaty trader) and E-2 (treaty investor) nonimmigrant visas. This would apply only if the Government of Peru gives similar visa status to United States citizens. The bill makes this change for purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
