HCBS Worker Protection Act of 2025

This bill would change the federal Medicaid law that covers home or community-based services waivers. These waivers let states pay for certain care in a person's home or community instead of in an institution. The bill would delete one part, subparagraph (C), of Section 1915(c)(11) of the Social Security Act. The bill's title describes that part as a limitation on payments for certain of these waivers. The bill text does not restate what the deleted part says.
