Workforce Flexibility Act

This bill would change the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act, a federal law that funds job training and related services. It would remove a rule that requires 75 percent of certain youth workforce funds to be spent on activities for young people who are not in school. To do this, it deletes one paragraph from Section 129(a) of the law and renumbers the paragraph that follows it.
