Databases of Publicly Owned Land Act

This bill would change the rules for state and local governments that receive Community Development Block Grant funds from the federal government. To receive these funds, a grantee would have to keep a searchable database on a public website that lists all parcels of undeveloped land the grantee owns. The requirement would take effect on October 1, 2026.
