Upper Price River Watershed Project Act of 2025

This bill would require the Secretary of the Interior, through the Bureau of Land Management, to transfer about 124.23 acres of federal land in Utah to the city of Price, Utah, if the city requests it. The transfer would include all of the federal government's ownership interest in the land, subject to valid existing rights. The city would use the land for public purposes, as the city defines them. The map showing the land would be kept on file for public inspection, and the Secretary could correct minor errors in it.
