National Guard Relief Act

This bill would add the National Guard Relief Foundation to the list of groups counted as a "military welfare society" under two sections of federal military law (title 10, sections 1033 and 2566). Those sections cover laws handled by the Secretaries of the military departments. The bill would place the foundation alongside the groups already named in those definitions.
