Maryland Whole Watershed Program Federal Partnership Act

This bill would make the federal Chesapeake Bay Program Office an advisory member of the State Management Team for the Maryland Whole Watershed Program. It would also make the office an advisory member of any substantially similar program in another state. In that role, the office would be allowed to coordinate with state and local governments and federal agencies. It would also be allowed to provide technical assistance and financial resources for projects in the Chesapeake Bay watershed.
